Hello everyone,
While submitting my Unity Service Tag in product support:https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us?app=products&~ck=mn a warning is displayed with the following: You are not authorized to view this DELL EMC Product. The same message gets displayed for Warranty and Contracts.
Is there a solution to this?

Hello,
Our usual Unity person is out today (I believe he'll be back Monday), but I think this would be related to securing license files may be attached to a specific email address. If you want to send the service tag to me in a private message, I can see if I can get anything different to come up, but we may need to get back to you when he returns next week.

I can't view the products when I search them publicly either, however, I can see some information about them when I search them and I can confirm that on the several tags I did check, all do have active warranties. I'm not sure if the team I'm familiar with can impact EMC tags or not, but if not, you should be able to get this resolved fairly quickly over the phone with EMC Support. I'll contact the people I know tomorrow, since there's a possibility that the teams merged. I'll PM you if it looks like I may be able to resolve it without you needing to call.
