When i install, i have below message.

ERROR: Can't download DownloadControl.dat: Can't download 'C:\Users\fndpf\AppData\Roaming\NGTRiiAGE\DownloadControl.dat': Error 0x800C0005
ERROR: Can't launch 'C:\Program Files\EMC\NGTRiiAGE\TriageUpdater.exe': No such file or directory

If you have no issue for using this tool, it might checking dell ID.

Here is a link to 28.0.3.2 which is the latest version that I see is available. You will need to be logged in with an active EMC account to access the download.
