Register & Setup Dell EMC Unity XT 480

i've bought a new Dell EMC Unity XT 480. i opened new account as a business account  i'm having dificulties when trying to download Dell unity connection utility i'm getting an error when trying to get support: 'This page is only accessible to DellEMC business users. Sign in with your business account or find a different product.If you signed in with your business account and believe that you should have access, you can raise a request using the Account Access Issue via our Administrative Support.'

Hello CPuser1, Based on the picture that you have posted you should have access.  I would call into support so that we can look into seeing why your account is not working as it should.
