Unable to get Evaluation License for Unity VSA 5.4

Hello everyone,

I have recently started learning Dell EMC Unity Storage, and I'm building a home lab to follow the Unity Deep Dive training course.

I installed Dell EMC Unity VSA 5.4.0.0.5.094 and now I'm trying to obtain an evaluation license.

My Unity VSA UUID is:

268AF5B3-0614-FE62-50D1-01D2A8B7B4A9

The problem is that when I open the evaluation licensing page:

it always shows that I need to Sign In, even though I am already signed in to my Dell account.

My Dell account works correctly on other Dell pages (Support, Profile, Downloads, etc.), but this specific licensing page does not recognize my login session.

So far I have tried:

• Different browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox)
• Incognito/Private mode
• Clearing cookies and cache
• Enabling third-party cookies
• Different networks and VPN on/off
• Different devices

Unfortunately, nothing has solved the issue.

Could someone please explain the correct process for obtaining an evaluation license for Unity VSA 5.4.0.0.5.094?

• Is the evaluation licensing portal still available for this version?
• Is there another official method to obtain an evaluation license?
• Does my Dell account require any additional permissions or registration?

I would really appreciate any guidance. I'm using Unity VSA purely for learning and lab purposes as I begin studying Dell EMC storage technologies.
