Unity 300 RAID 5 (4+1) drives for system and data
Dear colleague,
I would like to confirm whether the midrange sizer for Unity hybrid storage is valid in the following respect: Can I use the first RAID 5 (4+1) system drives also as data drives?

yes the remainder of the system drives can be used in a pool
keep in mind that you will loose some capacity since all of the drives in that internal raidgroup will be rightsized to the system drive space
that should be explained in the Unity best practices do
