Unity License File
I need license file for the Unity400 which we got recently. We belong to Database Solutions Engineering Team at DellEMC located in Bangalore. We tried to contact support but no luck. Unity 400 Serial Number is CKM00165101339. Also the installed SW version is 4.1.0.8940590. As we suggested we need to upgrade to latest SW. Please suggest how to get both the License and Latest Software.

1. I don't have access to the license file site(as I am legacy Dell Employee). Please suggest alternative way.
2. I able to download software files. Thanks.

The only way I know of is to open a ticket with support and ask them to route it to the licensing team

Rainer is correct, you need to create an SR and it will go directly to the licensing team.
Make sure you open the SR with the correct serial number.

I searched and noticed that, no license is allocated to this serial#, so you should route this query to who ever procured this array. Regarding code upgrade, you can download from support.emc.com for your array model for the latest code.
If you are employee, you could use internal forum instead of posting on community!.
