Unity NFS Hard limit Quota
Hello Guys,
We are using NFS service from Unity to Xen server as an datastore. Hardlimit enforced over unity was not reflecting in xen server side, rather it reflecting the FS full size . Now , we are trying to force the parameter by executing it this command - "UseQuotaiFSstat" in svc_param . if we execute this command, do we expect any interruption to be happened in Xen server? .

That’s what I think so. However , from the Xen server host level will they make any impact if there is reduction in the LUN size after executing it is my concern.

I dont think so
but if you want to be sure you need to either ask Xen or test it

If a parameter requires a reboot its description will say so
