Unity VSA Invalid license

Question

I have downloaded and installed Unity VSA 5.3 but when I try to download the license required .lic i get xml file which i invalid. How do I get the valid license. Below is the link im using https://www.dell.com/en-us/dt/products/elmeval.htm

Let me check to see what is going on. The link I sent you for the download should work with the license that you get from the link that you posted. Let me see if there is an issue going on.
