HelloI have been needing a Dell EMC Unity VSA license for more than two months and the page in question is having problems. Please advise where I can get this license. I need this license to learn Unity.Thanks

Currently the license server is down which is why you are not able to register your system. When the license server is fix and back up and running then you should be able to register your system and get your license.
