Which is your current OE on your unity system? Have you followed the steps that were listed in this KB for disabling TLS1.0 and 1.1? https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-us/000022527/dell-emc-unity-how-to-disable-tls-1-0-on-unity-array-user-correctable Have you tried to reboot the unity system and confirm that TLS1.0 &1.1 are disabled?

Reset from NMI button service password and admin password

How to reset the service/admin password on Unity (Hardware models)
Notes:
The Dell Unity series is designed such that the system administrator can reset both the service and admin passwords using the NMI button on the SP.

After reset login on web interface, change service password and enable SSH

I solved it by using quote for the password on the command line
uemcli -u admin -password 'yourpassword' /sys/security

No Events found!
