Are you able to collect stats from the collecting srm host? i.e. :
symstat -sid 12345 -type REQUESTS -dir 4a -i 10 -c 10

First confirm that your Unisphere has UNIVMAXPA app by going to: https://${u4v_host}:${u4v_port}/univmax/restapi/common/Application/list
