No, ViPR block uses Scale IO. ScaleIO is its own software stack, deployed separately, and is designed for High IO workloads and different use cases than ViPR Object and ViPR HDFS. A customer can, however, deploy and provision all ViPR services from one management interface and instance of ViPR Controller.
