Data Center storage

We have recently purchased four dell PS6000x equallogics, four 6224 power connect switches and four poweredge R910 servers. The idea is to have the central data server house three of each and the extra one will be used for offsite replication. i do not have much knowledge of virtualization. i have been going by the material that i have read on the website. i have wired three of each at the central data center with fail over on each card to different switches. i have reserved one switch for management traffic and VM traffic. i plan on creating Vlans for storage with fail over on two different ethernet switches and VM traffic and management traffic Vlans on the third switch.
I have only managed to power on the switches and created the stacking successfully. i have also managed to power on and create a group on one of the equallogics and created one member. the third host has refused to discover the master.
i need detailed help esspecially on the creation of Vlans, server configuration and replication. i would also appreciate any other detailed help that you are able to offer.
i have a drawing that i would love to share but failed to upload it.
I would appreciate any help that you can offer by either responding or pointing me to datiled virtualization documents that can help me deploy this setup effectively. please let me know if there is any thing i have not explained clearly.

Thanks.

I would recommend looking at some of our virtualization business ready configurations found at http://content.dell.com/us/en/enterprise/virtualization-business-ready-configurations.aspx these are tested architectures that you should be able to apply to your environment. They may include switch configs and sample files to help you get started.
