Hi - try the normal 'reboot and restart' and hope that fixes it! But I think you will need to log a support call, you can do this online here - https://support.software.dell.com/login?ReturnUrl=%2fmy-support - if you don't have an account, just create one, your'll just need your license key. Once it's logged a Foglight supoort person will contact you... let me us know how you go - Thanks Danny
