For the Navi CLI, The user ID should be an administrator on the server with the NaviCLI on it. You also need to configure the user account as \ , or \ .
What OS is the Navi Manager running on?
If you change anything in the accounts, you should retype the password.
For the Brocade, you can try this link:

For the Brocade switches, I installed this software:
www.brocade.com/.../application_matrix.page Brocade SMI Agent v120.9.0
It is installed on a different server than I installed vFoglight Storage on. I installed with all defaults and turned the firewall off on the Brocade SMI agent Windows server.
When I configured vFoglight Storage, I configure the Brocade FC Switch setup to the server IP address with the Brocade SMI agent using the credentials for the Brocade switches (all the same userID/password).
I hope this helps.
