No datastore metrics
Hi All,
Hoping you may be able to help. I am using vFoglight 6.5.1 and I am trying to list datasores by latency. Unforntunately when I view the datastore metris everything is empty. (See attached datastore.png).
Does anyone know why this may be, do I need to enable a feature to collect datastore metrics?

What type of DataStores (NFS/iSCSI)?

No haven't upgraded vCentre or late and the datastores are SCSI/VMFS

I'd check in vCenter to make sure you are seeing values there first. We only collect if vCenter is showing proper data as well, so check there and if there isn't any data there either, it would be a vCenter issue. If they are there, then we are having some sort of issue collecting it and you would probably have to get a hold of support to assist you.

There are some metrics visible in vCentre so i've logged a call with Quest.

Have you upgraded vCenter recently? I've seen upgrades of vCenter break metrics before to where we cannot collect them.
