Problems getting refreshed data to vOps
Hi,
Im evaluating vOps standard. Im running it against vCenter 5.
Initial collection went find and after few days i got some recommendation in rightsizer. I made some modifications in vCenter and it looks like data isn't syncronized with vOps.
Two main problems are:
I made some new resource pools -> not reflecting in vOps.
I changed amount of Cpus and memory in some VMs -> Rightsizer still recommends changes according to original configuration.

It sounds like this is a clear-cut case of vOPS having difficulty communicating with, and collecing data from, vCenter. I would first check the logs for any error messages which might be indicative of the problem.
You can get debug logs from the appliance by going to the gear icon in the upper right, then selecting the General->Misc tab. At the bottom, there is a link for debug information. The zip file which downloads contains several log files, with vkrm_error.log being the one you should look at first. This should give some flavor as to why the data collection isn't occuring normally. Just search for the text "error" to find an entry.
If you're not able to find the source of the problem this way, contact Quest Support for more assistance.
