Set alerts for Hosts reboot

Hi,

I am using vFoglight 6.6. I would like to set alerts for my ESXi Hosts and vCenter server reboot and if it gets disconnected from network.  But I am not seeing any better rules in vFoglight. Does anybody has any rules created for this?
