Summary Resource Utilization vs Event Analytics

Hi,

   I'm confused with the metric graphic what see in the Summary --> Resource Utilization versus the metric graphic in Event Analytics --> Performance Metrics Mapped To Environmental Events. For example:

In the image above, the metric show that the CPU consumed for the virtual machine in the range 10:20 to 13:10 have a peak of nearly 50%.

In the image above, the same virtual machine, the same range, show that the CPU consumed habve two peaks of nearly 100%

Why this difference in this two metrics?
