VMWare tools update required task
Hello Folks,
Have a question. I have a systems engineer run the job for checking if VMtools is either running or updated. It's the vmware tools required task. When he runs it. It gives back no data. See attached pic.
Running version Pro 6.6.2, Build 5.6.4.1-201207101811-246421.
When I run other jobs against that fglam instance. They report back with data. This one seems not to be working. any thoughts.

Looks like the FGLAM had over 2,700 vm's reporting to it and could not send back the data it collected. Worked with support to correctly configure the fglam_config file to accomadate the vm's and now it is reporting fine. Nice job by the support folks. Thanks for your help...al

Could you please check what does vSphere client report about VMware tools status for these VMs.
