Can't activate preinstalled McAfee

Hi

I have purchased a new laptop (Dell Inspiron 7430 2 in 1) from one of the stores here. The preinstalled Mcafee shows only 30 days free trial

I cannot activate the free 15 months subscription. When I did chat with Mcafee, the customer support asked for Dell order ID and till now I didnot receive it. No confirmation email was received about my order although I registered with Dell online

Is there any help? how to fix?

If you purchased at retail, you won't have a Dell order ID -- contact your seller for assistance.
