Intel CPU "SPOILER" security issue
Researchers published a paper detailing a new speculative execution security flaw present in all modern Intel Core processors, dubbed "SPOILER".
The SPOILER vulnerability can cause leakages in user space with no special privileges, on any OS, and works from within virtual machines and sandboxed environments. SPOILER is completely different from the Intel Spectre problem.
Leaked data from SPOILER attacks isn't useful on its own but can help speed up existing attacks more efficiently, or to devise new attacks using the novel knowledge.
More here...but it's geeky... :Geeked:

Dell EMC is aware of this. See this external article by Dell on 03/19/2019. Also, see this article from Intel.

Basically Dell's strategy is, per Intel, to do nothing. Keep selling them processors with a loaded history of all major vulnerabilities and now with Spoiler and do not offer any options otherwise? There must be something you guys can pitch to customers?
