UNSOLVED
KB915597 Version 1.383.60.0
Rather large update about 58 MB. Successfully installed, but now it has presented again to download and install. If I remember from a few such occurrences....it would not cause a problem if downloaded and installed again. Am I correct?

Did you mean v1.383.160.0 ?
I got v1.383.106.0 and then v1.383.160.0 installed on the same day, only ~1 min apart via Windows Update (Win 10, 22H2).
With the similarity in these numbers, is it possible that's why you think one of them was successful but is now being offered again?
