Hello mastemast, Not a lot wrong with your log.  I see you have your default search set to one of the lines below.  I would remove all of those lines were I you.  If you wish to retain those search sites, then ignore that part of the fix.
Information about the Viewpoint Manager is highlited in red, this is also an optional fix.  You have a lot of programs running that are resourse hogs or do no need
to run at startup.  I have listed three links where you can decide about these programs.  If you wish to remove what is below, do so like this:

With all browser windows and programs closed, scan with HijackThis and check each of these items, then click on "Fix Checked".

Let's clean a little, choose Start, Run..then type "cleanmgr" without the quotes and OK.  Allow windows to remove anything it locates.  Empty the recycle bin and reboot. If you will post one more log, if it is still clean, I will give you information to help you stay that way.

Thanks...pskelley

Good job, your log is clean.  Use the links I provided in the last post to look up each item that is running.  Many items are necessary for your computer to function properly, and of course, leave those alone.  Some of them will be optional, and you can either turn them off from within the program or disable them via msconfig in startup.  Here,  thanks to Tony Klein, Texruss and ChrisRLG is some great information to help you stay clean online.

You should be thinking about Service Pack 2, here is information you should have:
