I have a dell dimenstion 4600 that's been doin pretty well but recently began to have problems.  I have MSN service but I can no longer use it to check e-mail.  Also, my Internet Explorer homepage is stuck, it won't change.  I know that there is some malware or spyware or whatever attacking my registry, but I've tried everything to get rid of it with no success.  Also, I have AVG antivirus.  I can use it to find some viruses, but they can't be removed.  Some of the infected files I think are critical like system32.dll.  My computer knowledge is pretty limited, so I need as much help as possible trying to fix this problem.  If I have to wipe my computer clean, I'll do it, as long as it is my last resort.  Could somebody please help me out on this?  I have submitted a log if it helps:
