i did it.
i tought it was working but when i restarted my computer. and when it was on, it didn't work, till i do the same. is the virus (is it a virus?)of my computer now or not?
sorry for bad english because i'm Dutch

Use this link & download the RRT.EXE ( REMOVE RESTRCTION TOOL) then run rrt.exe as administrator it will remove every restrction in your registry. It will enable folder option, regedit, task manager & many more things.

1. Please download the Killbox.
  • 1)Save it to the desktop
    2) Rt Click->>Extract all->.Extract it to your Desktop
    3) Double Click Killbox.exe to run it
    4)Select " Delete on Reboot", and then select "All files".
    5) Copy the file names below to the clipboard by highlighting them and pressing Control-C:

    • C:\WINDOWS\system32\svchost.exe
      C:\WINDOWS\system32\vssms32.exe
      C:\WINDOWS\hkr32.asm
      C:\WINDOWS\system32\ldapi32.exe
      C:\WINDOWS\system32\ntcvx32.dll
      C:\WINDOWS\system32\ntswrl32.dll







    6) Return to Killbox, go to the File menu, and choose " Paste from Clipboard".
    7) Click the red-and-white " Delete File" button.  Click " Yes" at the Delete on Reboot prompt.








2. Rerun Hijackthis (scan only) and place checks beside the following entries
  • F2 - REG:system.ini: Shell=Explorer.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32\scvhost.exe
    F3 - REG:win.ini: load=C:\WINDOWS\system32\scvhost.exe
    F3 - REG:win.ini: run=C:\WINDOWS\system32\scvhost.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [vssms32] C:\WINDOWS\system32\vssms32.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Generic Host Process] C:\WINDOWS\system32\scvhost.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\RunServices: [Generic Host Process] C:\WINDOWS\system32\scvhost.exe
    O7 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System, DisableRegedit=1
    O20 - Winlogon Notify: WgaLogon - C:\WINDOWS\








Close all other open windows except Hijackthis and Select " Fix checked"

Close Hijackthis ->> Reboot your PC ->> Rerun Hijackthis and post a fresh Hijackthis log
