Update: Malwarebytes 3.7.1, February, 2019
Malwarebytes has been pushing out this version update for about 2 weeks now. Since I do not allow any software to automatically update, I was only notified today of this new version. You can read the Release Notes (changelog) here: https://support.malwarebytes.com/docs/DOC-2967
This version installed cleanly via the internal updater on my Win7 and Win10 systems.

I hadn't updated my program in about 11 months (of course, I was getting all the multi-daily definition/signature updates), but "took the plunge" yesterday... and can report, like Joe, no problems noticed/encountered on my primary Win7x64 system. FWIW, I'm running MBAM3 alongside avast17.
