ZUPDATER.EXE ERROR MESSAGE ON BOOT-UP

hello Error message saying not enough system resources ZUpdater.exe on new Inspiron 3670. can anyone explain, in simple terms, what this means please?   thanks harry

ZUPDATER is malware from Comodo and ASK toolbar as well as various other toolbars and malware.
