How to Differentiate Virtual Hosts and Physical Hosts from Vmax Unisphere?
How to differentiate a physical host vs a Virtual host on Vmax Unisphere. I am trying to list out all the physical hosts and the virtual host separately from Vmax Unisphere for an internal discussion. What is the best way to do this?

So I'm going to go out on a limb and assume here that your virtual hosts are connecting using NPIV? If so they will look the same as a physical host to the array. You might be able to sort them out based on the WWPNs but I don't think there is anything inherent in physical vs. Virtual that the array will recognize.
