and see if you have .tz files there. If yes, then probably STP daemon is collecting the perf data but not sending it for processing. If you dont see anything in there then look at the STP daemon logs or restart the daemon.
Wait for atleast 5 mins and see if its starts to collect the .tz files in that location.
2) The other possibility is that your SMAS app is hung or host has run out of resources.

There could be two issues here:
1) STP daemon stopped/hung and now its not collecting stp data anymore. Go to this location
\Program Files\EMC\SYMAPI\stp\spa\DMF_XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX
and see if you have .tz files there. If yes, then probably STP daemon is collecting the perf data but not sending it for processing. If you dont see anything in there then look at the STP daemon logs or restart the daemon.

This issue was that it just took more time than I expected after restarting the service before I could see historical data.
