Monitor VMAX component testing

Greetings,

My organization gets a number of false positive "component offline" alerts due to regular testing.  I've asked support for a method of detecting testing without calling them but that far none of the level 1 guys have any answers.  Does the community have any idea how we can do so without having to call support to verify the equipment is OK?
