Set Dynamic LUNs not working in Unisphere 8.0.3.5

I've just installed Unisphere 8.0.3.5 and when creating a Masking View, I select the Dynamic LUNs button at the bottom. Usually this opens a pop up showing the list of volumes that will be mapped by this view and allows me to specify a starting host LUN address. We start the address at Host lun #1 to allow for a boot LUN at lun ID 0. With Unisphere 8.0.3.5, the pop up shows no volumes.

Has anyone else seen this? I tried using the provisioning wizard but it doesn't seem to allow for setting host lun address at all.
