smi-s on vmax

Hello

I am trying to connect to my VMAX device using SMI-S. I have Symmetrix CLI version v7.3.2.2 installed. I am able to connect to the array and get instanced of say 'CIM_ComputerSystem'. However when I try to get instances of other classes such as 'CIM_StorageExtent' it takes for ever to respond (more than 20 min or so) and at times does not respond.

Is there anything that is wrong here?
