SPS Script Failed

I started an SPS replacement script through FRU. It failed midway and I restarted it; however is lands on this:

Continue Script that lost locks yes or no

Message 0x00008806

The script you are trying to resume has lost some or all of its locks.

Script 0000099b is not holding master lock

Are you sure you want it to grab back the locks and continue?

How should I proceed I am unsure how to continue the sps replacement script at this point.
