Syamccess backup
As per my understanding ACLX database is backedup frequently.Where can we find the backedup file and how frequently is his backedup??Can we change the backup schedule ???

Every 24 hours and on the service processor it gets backedup.I think it is not accessible except for the PSE team.

i was not aware that it gets backed up automatically, i back it manually every morning with a script
symaccess -sid 123 backup -file backup.sid123 -nop

Hi SunManthn,
well the ACLX database is resides on SFS volumes and is backed up everyday abd saved on that volume.
Probably via SymWinn you can check the schedule and you can change it but i am not really if it is possible to do it.

even i have not heard ACLX being backed up automatically? Its true that it resides on sfs which is a raid 1 volume so at any given time there are two copies of it.
We back it up every morning with a script.
