Symaccess Query

Hi All

From the Sym Cli Guide , I understood that  symmask command will no longer give you lunmapping data(Connection between the lun to the host) for the microcode version greater that 5874. They have to rely on symaccess command to get the lunmapping data for microcode version > 5874.

I am working on one issue where symmetrix has 6000 devices mapped to the host, But only few luns around 100-120 getting reported by symaccess command. The symmetrix is running on microcode version 5876 and symapi version is V7.5.0.0 (Edit Level: 1604).

Do I have to execute both symmask and symaccess commands to get all the lun mappings for 6000 devices mapped to the host.

Thanks

Naren

Do you have ACLX enabled on all of your FA ports?

symcfg -sid xx list -fa all -v | grep -i aclx

    or for windows

symcfg -sid xx list -fa all -v | findstr -i aclx
