SYMACL on VMAX

I ahve symacl enabled

and I ahve admin group and unknown group,

whenever I try to remove unknown group or remove its access I see the access deined.

it ask for the Pin, I asked the CE who set it up they said they never asked for pin while setting the symacl

what will be this pin?
