symmaccess consistent_lun ON within IG's

Question

I have several IG's that doesn't have the consistent_lun option ON, and I already have devs with different luns there. If I set the consistent_lun ON to these IG's would this change the current mapping or it just works for the next devices I add to the SG? Would it rearrange the current luns online? Thanks!

It wont change the lun id of the devices which are already there..probably on the next device you add to it. regards,Saurabh

So it won't hurt if I enable the option at all? there's not any 'reset' or disruption while activating this on the ig's? Thank you!

Thanks, this was in fact what happened. Only new added devices  were arranged to all hosts. Best regards.
