would like to know the procedures and requirements for updating my vmax250F.
Now my code is to 5978.711.711

if its vmax, then its an emc upgrade. Log a ticket with emc support to schedule an upgrade and pre-reqs session and an upgrade window will be agreed with you.

you must have to log a case in dell for the code upgrade.
