VMAX3 FE Port Utilization on 16Gb/s link

I am currently testing a 200K however the switches are only 8Gb/s. During one particular test I generate 2700MB/s which sees around 55% utilization on each port of a 4 member Port Group.

Can I expect to see a halve in utilization when 16Gb/s links are introduced?

Given all FE cores participate in IO processing, however only 4 ports may participate in the transport of IO, testing so far has shown that port utilization appears directly relative to the amount of throughput a port is sending or receiving.
