What is alert flurry

We received a alert saying " Detected alert flurry " from Unisphere.for VMAX

Below are the alert details

What is alert flurry and resolution for this.  On the another note, We are receiving  Device state has changed to offline for a device. I just created new device and it throw the offline alert.  Do we need to concert on this and how to check and avoid these from occurring.
