CloudLink 7.1 Evaluation License

Hi,

I am trying to install CloudLink 7.1 in order to demo/POC it to a client who is interested in using it as a KMS for VMware vSAN Encryption.

I have been able to download the CloudLink 7.1 VMware OVA and PDF documents from the Dell Support site using my Dell Partner account, but I cannot see where to apply for an evaluation license?

The Deployment Guide alludes to there being an evaluation license, as there are steps to replace it with a permanent license.

I have deployed the OVA in my VMware environment and I have logged into the CloudLink web portal GUI, but during the initial configuration I am prompted to upload the license file.

Can anyone help / advise please?

Many Thanks

M

Update... A CloudLink Evaluation license is available to partners.

Get either your Partner/Channel Account Manager or your Partner PreSales System Engineer to make contact with the internal CloudLink program team and request it on your behalf.

Give an explanation of your requirement (Internal Testing, Client PoC, etc.) and what you want to test (KMIP for vSphere/vSAN encryption, Containers/Kubernetes, PowerFlex, physical machines etc.).

The CloudLink team are really responsive and helpful.
