Getting started with a new 3150 and looking into configuration methods.

I found many references to the uemcli, but am unable to get it working.

Using a Win2008 R2 OS and install the UnisphereCLI-Win-32-x86-en_US-3.0.0.1.3-1

It gets near the end of install and then errors with a application error:

uemcli.exe - Application Error

The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0150002)

The uemcli.exe does get placed into the OS and the path variable is updated.

I have found a few other posts describing the same error.

Those posts suggested:

Install as administrator

Install MS Visual C++ 2005 SP1

I have tried both of these and still can not get it working.
