AX4-5 MirrorView, SANCopy, SnapView Install
We have upgraded 3 of our AX4-5 devices to now run MirrorView, SANCopy, and SnapView. One of the devices, however, refuses to install the software with the error message:
" List of packages not installable because one or more packages are required to be installed at the same time:
-SnapView
-SANCopy
-MirrorView".
We are running the install from the Unisphere Service Manager. We've tried all combinations of enablers that we have access to.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Are you using Navisphere Express or Navisphere Manager (in other words, do you have the Navisphere Manager enabler already installed)?

We first tried it with Express, then we installed Manager and tried again. Same error both ways.
