Hi everyone.
Here's my concern, I can´t access VNX5100 with a java version superior to 1.6.
I must say that the windows server in use is very old, windows server 2012.
Do you have any suggestion?

I checked and the link is active and working. Are you logged in with your emc account when trying to download the file?

Your Dell account should work. Is the VNX order on that account? What error do you get?

No VNX was not ordered from my account it was ordered by our Procurement team. I am a user of this VNX now.
