Domain controller not available

​I have several cifs shares hanging off my vnxe3100. The vnxe was running a cifs server and joined to the xyz domain. The data was protected using ntfs perms. If that domain xyz suddenly becomes unavailable forever and ever, how do i get access to the data that was stored on my cifs shares? Is there a way to access that data and change the perms? The Domain controller is gone, remember​

​What can i do to get at the data short of resurrecting the DC?​
