how to dowload firmware

Hi,

We have bought last year a vnx3100e.

My firmware is: 2.0.3.13400.

I cannot  by web interface  get candidate version.

I succeed to download the firmware:VNXe-MR2SP0.1-upgrade-2.2.0.17384-RETAIL.tgz2.bin.

But  when i upload, i got the message that the file is not a good candidate version.

How can i download the newest firmware on this site ?
