If you don't have any luck with an OE upgrade, it's not very hard at all to setup replication via the CLI. We can help you figure out the syntax if you can provide a few details.
It works both ways...you can initiate the replication from the source vnx which will auto create the FS on the replica vnx or you can create a new FS on the replica and just sync it...However for the latter, you need to make sure you select similar attributes like the primary FS.

check if you are running the latest VNX OE - if not the release notes for the latest version could provide info
other idea would be to do a knowledgebase search

I actually was able to get it to replicate.
I don’t know why, but I created the file systems on the 2nd SAN not realizing the replication setup will do that automatically.
I’m currently replicating one of the NFS datastores, but it’s definitely taking it’s sweet time. Only 1.9TB and both SAN’s are hooked up via 10Gb.
