lost access unisphere

Question

Hi All

It is a server with EMC vnx5700 block specifications, which I suddenly lost access to Unisphere and I have no communication problems with the network check. And I only have access to the operating system of the san storage device. Please guide me.

Hello jack20andrew, Do you have an emc account?  Both articles are customer facing so as long as you login with your account you can view the kb’s.
