USM timeout ?
HI there ,,,,
My customer has got below error during drive firmware upgrade .
error : failed to get the overall installation status from storage system. check the event log for more information .
Would this be Timeout for USM ? or VNX ?
Possible to change timeout value to avoid above error ?
if anybody know ,or have seen this ,,,please let me know the info..
